Cedric A. Cunningham is a native of Greenwood, SC. He attended the University of South Carolina where he majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration. After graduating from college, Cedric returned home to Greenwood to serve as a law clerk for Attorney Randall Williams where he focused on Criminal Law and Personal Injuries. Later that fall, Cedric began his career in Bankruptcy Law while working as an assistant to Attorney J. Carolyn Stringer in Columbia, SC until the fall of 2009 when he started law school.
Cedric attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. While there, Cedric was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, the USC School of Law Mock Trial Bar, and the Black Law Students Association.
In his spare time, Cedric enjoys traveling with his wife, public speaking, and Collegiate and Professional sports.
